Accredited basic motorcycle maintenance and responsible riding
In First Gear is a 60-hour learning programme, usually run over 6-12 weeks participants attending one or two days per week. The 60 hrs of committed training will result in achieving a Bronze Youth Achievement Award, which is equivalent to a Nat 4 and worth 5 insight tariff points. This is a great start for young people looking to kick start their employability prospects or perhaps help them with applications to Further Education Colleges etc
